The original tenants were Wolsey Centres, the Big Yellow Self Storage Company, Satellite Graphics, Bene Inventiv PLC, BKM (Europe), Initial City Link and London Cash & Carry. The £13.7m freehold investment was retained by Standard Life who forward funded the development for Ravenbourne.
