388 Bath Road is situated approximately 200m from Heathrow Airport at the junction of the A4 Bath Road and the A3044. This project was one of the original separate independent development projects which were combined together under a single business banner in 1998 when Ravenbourne was formed. It was a brownfield 0.28 acre site requiring some remediation in order to bring it back into use particularly due to the presence of petrol tanks on site. The site was partly covered by a run down 1930s warehouse building and was being used as a car hire depot, a sui generis use.
