    Ravenbourne is a property development business founded in early 1998 when a number of separate independent development projects were combined under a single banner. Ravenbourne specialises primarily (but not exclusively) in the industrial/warehouse sector. Its development projects predominantly comprise either multi-unit institutional grade industrial/warehouse estates or small business unit estates developed under its ‘OYO’ (Own Your Own) brand which is aimed at SMEs wishing to own their own freehold business premises. A number of these small business units are also let and retained for investment purposes.

    As well as undertaking development projects directly and in joint venture with others, Ravenbourne also provides development management services to third parties and also develops standalone bespoke industrial/warehouse units or facilities for occupiers on a build-to-suit (design and build) basis.

    When identifying development opportunities, Ravenbourne is committed whenever possible to identifying brownfield sites for regenerative development rather than developing on greenfield sites.
