This was the proposed redevelopment of a prominent 5.58 acre site situated only 2 miles from M4 Junction 16 and 1.5 miles from M32 Junction 1, and in close proximity to Bristol Parkway Station. Ravenbourne obtained planning consent for 69,500ft² (6,456m²) of B1/B2/B8 industrial/ warehouse accommodation on 4.45 acres of the site but then sold the site without taking the development forward to a residential developer for proposed residential development.
