Thames Gateway Park Phase 4, Dagenham

Thames Gateway Park is East London’s Premier Industrial/Distribution Park. It is situated in Dagenham Dock off the Goresbrook Interchange of the A13(T) just 8 miles west of M25 Junction 30/31 and 12 miles east of the City of London. The A406 North Circular Road and London City Airport are 4 miles and 7 miles to the west respectively. Dagenham Dock railway station, with frequent services into London Fenchurch Street, adjoins the site as does the bus terminus for the EL2 bus route.

Thames Gateway Park provides a total of approximately 750,000ft² (70,000m²) of Grade A warehouse/industrial accommodation arranged over 21 units, the largest being Unit 1, the Hovis East London RDC, at 152,476ft² (14,165m²) and the smallest being Unit 14D at only 9,761ft² (907m²). The scheme was constructed in four phases with Phase 4 completed in 2017.

Phase 4 is arranged as three self-contained detached units: Unit 15 at 51,693ft² (4,802m²), Unit 16 at 55,670ft² (5,172m²) and Unit 17 at 35,000ft² (3,252m²).  Units 15 and 17 were pre-let to Precision Printing Co. Ltd and Bunzl UK Ltd respectively. Unit 16, which can be split into two equal sized units of 27,835ft each, is available to let.
