Thames Gateway Park Phases 3, Dagenham

Phase 3, which was completed in 2015, some 12½ years after Phase 2, provides 199,675ft² (18,550m²) of industrial/warehouse accommodation arranged over nine speculatively developed units.   These vary in size from as little as 9,761ft² (907m²) up to 68,743ft² (6,386m²). Units 11 and 13 were pre-let during construction to DG3 Group and Fresh Direct respectively. The remaining occupiers are currently Müller UK & Ireland, Moo Print, Trac Office Equipment, Wolseley UK, Advance Apparel and Etag Fixings.

Phase 4, which was completed in 2017, comprises 141,693ft² (13,164m²) of industrial/warehouse accommodation arranged over three speculatively developed self-contained detached units: Unit 15 at 51,693ft² (4,802m²), Unit 16 at 55,670ft² (5,172m²) and Unit 17 at 35,000ft² (3,252m²). Units 15 and 17 were pre-let during construction to Precision Printing Co. Ltd and Bunzl UK Ltd respectively. Unit 16, which can be split into two equal sized units of 27,835ft² each, is available to let.
